If the Customer Received a Wrong Item Delivered, please mail us at info@hdy49.com with your order number and a couple of pictures product within 24-48 Hours of delivery. Any of the customized products are non Refundable.
Return & Replacement
- If you’re facing any Difficulties in requesting Refund or Return you can either contact us mail us at info@hdy49.com
- In case of return you’ll get full refund via the payment link we’ll share with you. You can redeem your refund either with UPI or Nonbanking.
- You’ll Will Receive Refund Within 24 hours after the Return Product Reaches our Warehouse.
- Customers will be allowed to initiate Return/Exchange free of charge only once; however, any subsequent returns/Exchange will incur an additional fee of ₹200.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
