FAQs

1) Do I need to set up account with you?

Setting up an account is really easy and only takes a few minutes. You’ll need to give us your name and address details and then create a password, which you can use to access your account at a later date. With an account you can check the progress of an order, change your details and save your payment details, which will speed things up the next time you order. Alternatively, if you’d prefer not to create an account, you can select ‘Continue as guest’ instead. You’ll still need to enter your name, address, email and payment information. You won’t be able to track your order if you select this option though.

2) How do I change my account details?

By logging in to your account using your email address and password, you will be able to access your account details. You will also have the option to modify your delivery addresses stored against your account but unfortunately, we aren’t able to change the Email address on an active order, so please ensure you select the right details.

  3. We aim to resolve all complaints within 7 working days unless there are extenuating circumstances.
4) What to do when you don’t receive a mail or Telegram file?

You have to write an email, attach a payment proof and your order number and sent it to info@hdy49.com. Within 24hrs our team will get back to you and resolve your query.

5) What is Layer?

Layers are most often used in different programs whose purpose is to process images. Simply put, these are different levels on the screen, each of which individually has a particular role in creating effects.

It is especially important to point out that each layer also implies completely independent control so that different effects can be created within each layer. And when all of them are assembled, the final image is obtained.

6) What are layer masks?

Layer masking will enable you to block specific parts of your image without erasing or deleting them. This is an easy, non-destructive way to hide part of an image without permanently removing it.

Layer masks are great when you’re creating composite images and collages. They’re also ideal for removing or concealing objects and focusing your edits on only certain areas rather than the entire layer.
